ItReserve is an independent software vendor. We build and sell add-on integrations that extend Reservit property management software with capabilities hotels need but the platform does not provide natively.
What ItReserve Is
ItReserve is an independent third-party module shop for Reservit PMS. We are not a reseller of Reservit licences, not a Reservit certified partner, and not an affiliate or subsidiary of Reservit or its parent company. We are a separate software company that uses Reservit's officially published API to build and sell purpose-built integrations — modules that connect to your existing Reservit account and extend it with functionality Reservit does not offer as part of its standard subscription.
Our ten modules cover six operational areas: distribution (OTA channel management), revenue (dynamic pricing), operations (housekeeping task boards and guest messaging), finance (automated invoicing and corporate rate management), analytics (custom performance dashboards), and deep integration (API studio and PMS bridge). Each module is sold separately with a flat monthly fee, or in bundles with a 10% discount.
We are not a replacement for Reservit. We are an extension of it. Our modules work on top of your existing Reservit account without requiring you to migrate data, change workflows, or purchase a new PMS. The moment you subscribe, connect your Reservit API key, and activate the module, it starts working with the data already in your Reservit account.
Our Mission
Reservit is a capable PMS platform, but no property management system covers every operational need of every hotel out of the box. Properties frequently find themselves managing workarounds — spreadsheet-based revenue reports, manual invoicing processes, disconnected OTA connections — because the tools they need either do not exist in Reservit or require expensive custom development to build.
ItReserve exists to close those gaps. Our mission is to build the integrations that Reservit hotels actually need, priced accessibly, maintained professionally, and delivered without implementation complexity. We believe that a hospitality team should be able to add a meaningful capability to their Reservit setup in an afternoon — not a quarter. Every module we build is an attempt to fulfil that standard: a well-scoped integration that works reliably, is priced fairly, and does not require a technology project to deploy.

Why We Built ItReserve
The hospitality technology market has a structural problem: the tools that hotels need most — sophisticated revenue pricing, automated invoicing, real-time OTA distribution to niche platforms, custom reporting — are often only available as part of expensive enterprise software packages far beyond the budget of a mid-size independent hotel or small hotel group. Reservit addresses this with a strong core PMS at accessible price points, but inevitably there are gaps at the edges of its feature set.
We observed hotel teams managing those gaps with a mix of manual processes, disconnected spreadsheets, and workarounds that consumed staff time and introduced error risk. The underlying data was already in Reservit — the reservation records, the rate structures, the folio data — but there was no lightweight, affordable way to unlock it for the specific operational workflow the hotel needed.
ItReserve was built to solve this. We scoped ten of the most commonly needed extensions, built them as clean API integrations against the Reservit platform, and priced them as standalone monthly subscriptions so that hotels could adopt exactly the capabilities they need without committing to a larger software investment. The goal was — and remains — to give any Reservit property access to the same operational sophistication as a large hotel chain, at a price that makes sense for a 30-room independent boutique.

ItReserve is a small, focused software team with backgrounds in hospitality technology, API integration engineering, and hotel revenue management. Our team includes developers experienced in building against hospitality PMS APIs and specialists in EU data protection compliance — a combination we consider essential for a company that processes hotel guest data.
We operate with a lean structure that keeps our overhead low and our module pricing accessible. Rather than maintaining a large general-purpose development team, we employ specialists who work intensively on the integration patterns specific to the Reservit platform and the operational contexts of hotel properties across Europe.
Support is handled by people with direct knowledge of the Reservit platform — we do not route support enquiries through a generic helpdesk. We build exclusively on Reservit's official, publicly documented API. No screen-scraping, no unofficial endpoints, no workarounds. This commitment means our modules are stable, maintainable, and fully compliant with Reservit's own integration policies — and it protects your Reservit account from the risks associated with unofficial access methods.
Data Privacy
Guest data belongs to your guests and your property — not to us. We process personal information only to operate the module you have purchased, for no longer than required, and in accordance with GDPR. We never sell data, never use it for advertising, and never share it with parties outside the direct module operation chain.
Hotel-First Design
Every ItReserve module is designed around real hospitality workflows — the daily rhythm of a front desk, a revenue manager's weekly review, a housekeeping supervisor's morning briefing. We do not build generic SaaS features and then adapt them for hotels. We start with the hotel problem and build the integration that solves it cleanly within the Reservit environment.
