About ItReserve
ItReserve is an independent third-party module shop that builds and sells add-on integrations for Reservit property management software. We are not affiliated with Reservit or its parent company — we are an independent software vendor that uses the publicly available Reservit API to extend the platform with modules hotels need but that Reservit does not provide natively. Each ItReserve module connects to your existing Reservit account via the official API, adding capabilities such as dynamic pricing, automated invoicing, or expanded OTA channel management — without replacing any core Reservit functionality.
No. ItReserve is an entirely independent third-party company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Reservit or its parent company. We build integrations using Reservit's publicly documented API — the same API available to any registered developer. Our company is registered as ItReserve d.o.o. in Montenegro. If you have questions about Reservit's own products, licensing, or support, please contact Reservit directly through their official channels.
ItReserve modules are built against the current Reservit API specification and are tested against all Reservit subscription tiers that expose API access. We do not support legacy or sunset Reservit versions that no longer have active API endpoints. Our modules are updated whenever Reservit publishes API changelog updates — typically within 5 business days of any breaking change. If you are unsure whether your Reservit version is compatible, first confirm with Reservit that your account has API access enabled, then contact our support team for a compatibility check.
Technical Setup
Your Reservit API key is located in your Reservit account settings. Log in to your Reservit back-office, navigate to Settings > Integrations (or Settings > Developer, depending on your subscription tier), and look for the API credentials section. You will find a unique API key that identifies your property. Copy this key and paste it into the ItReserve module settings in your dashboard. If the Integrations section is not visible in your account, you may need to request API access from Reservit directly — some lower-tier plans require manual enablement of API access by Reservit's support team.
ItReserve modules require API access to your Reservit account. Most current Reservit subscription tiers include API access as standard, but some entry-level plans may restrict API connectivity. Before purchasing, confirm with Reservit that your account has the Integrations or Developer API feature enabled. Once API access is confirmed on your Reservit side, all ItReserve modules will function as documented. If a module fails to connect despite confirmed API access, our support team will diagnose the issue at no additional charge.
Yes. All ItReserve modules are designed to run alongside each other without conflict. Each module connects to your Reservit account independently through separate, rate-limited API calls — they do not interfere with each other's data streams. You can activate any combination of the 10 available modules. Note that purchasing three or more active modules simultaneously qualifies your account for a 10% bundle discount, applied automatically at checkout. There is no technical limit on the number of modules you can run concurrently on a single Reservit account.
Billing
ItReserve uses a simple monthly subscription model. Each module has a fixed monthly fee in EUR — no per-reservation charges, no variable fees, no setup costs. Billing runs on the calendar month from the date of your first payment. After payment is confirmed, you receive module access within 24 hours. Subsequent payments are due on the same date each month. We send a payment reminder by email 5 days before each renewal. If payment is not received within the 7-day grace period, module access is paused until the outstanding invoice is settled.
You can cancel any active module subscription at any time from your ItReserve dashboard. Navigate to Active Subscriptions, select the module you wish to cancel, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing month — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months already billed. After cancellation, the module stops sending API requests to your Reservit account. You can reactivate the same module at any time by placing a new order — your previous configuration settings are retained for 90 days after cancellation.
When you cancel a module subscription, ItReserve immediately stops reading data from your Reservit account via the API. Configuration data, rule sets, and processed outputs stored in your ItReserve dashboard are retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow reactivation without losing your setup. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy and GDPR requirements. Your underlying Reservit data is never modified or deleted by ItReserve under any circumstances — it remains entirely within your Reservit account.
Yes. You can choose to pay annually for any ItReserve module and receive a discount equivalent to approximately two months free — an effective saving of around 17% compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment covering 12 months of module access. Annual plans are not refundable if cancelled mid-year, though your access continues until the end of the 12-month period. To switch an existing monthly subscription to annual billing, contact support@itreserve.org and our team will handle the conversion at your next renewal date.
Activation & Support
Module access is provisioned within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET), activation is completed within a few hours. Once your account is provisioned, you receive an email with your unique dashboard access link and a step-by-step setup guide specific to the module purchased. From the moment you connect your Reservit API key in the dashboard, the module begins reading data immediately — there is no additional waiting period after the initial API connection is established.
All active ItReserve subscriptions include email support at support@itreserve.org with a guaranteed response time of one business day. Support covers module configuration, API connection troubleshooting, dashboard usage questions, and billing enquiries. We also maintain a help documentation library covering common setup scenarios and integration patterns. We do not offer telephone or real-time chat support at this time. For technical issues requiring detailed investigation — such as Reservit API permission errors or data mapping problems — our technical team typically responds within two business days with a full diagnostic report.
Data & Compliance
Yes. ItReserve processes all personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our company is registered in Montenegro, which maintains an adequacy framework aligned with EU data protection standards. Guest personal data fetched from your Reservit account via the API is processed strictly for the purpose of operating the subscribed module — it is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose beyond module functionality. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to all subscribers on request via support@itreserve.org.
Yes. If you manage multiple properties using separate Reservit accounts and need to transfer an active ItReserve subscription from one property to another, contact support@itreserve.org. Our team will update the API connection in your dashboard to point to the new Reservit account at no additional charge. If the destination property uses different API credentials, you will need to provide the new API key during the transfer process. Transfers are processed within 2 business days of your request.
We monitor Reservit API changelogs and release notes actively. When Reservit publishes a breaking API change, our engineering team assesses the impact on all affected modules and deploys a compatibility update within 5 business days of the official change notice. During any compatibility gap caused by a Reservit-side change, your subscription billing is automatically paused — you are not charged for periods where a module is non-functional due to an upstream API change outside our control. To report a module outage, email support@itreserve.org with your module name and a description of the problem. We confirm receipt and provide an estimated resolution timeline within one business day.
