v1.6.0 July 2026 New module · Major release
  • ItReserve PMS Bridge NEW MODULE — bidirectional sync between Reservit and Opera Cloud, Mews, Apaleo and Protel is now available. Reservation, rate, availability and folio data synced within 30 seconds. Visual rate-plan mapping table included.
  • Yield Manager v2.4.0 — Added competitor rate grid view. Revenue managers can now see a configurable list of competitor properties alongside Reservit rates in the Yield Manager dashboard. Rate data refreshed twice daily.
  • Yield Manager Rate-lock override now applies at room-type level in addition to date-range level, giving revenue managers finer control over automated pricing rules.
  • Invoice Module Added support for Italian (IT) and Spanish (ES) VAT rates. Invoices issued to guests with a billing address in Italy or Spain now apply the correct local rate automatically.
  • Platform Dashboard navigation redesigned. Module status cards on the main overview now display last-sync timestamp and connection health indicator.

  • Analytics Board v1.8.1 — Custom dashboard widgets now support date-range comparison mode. Select any two periods from your Reservit data and overlay them in a single chart.
  • Analytics Board Fixed an issue where the channel contribution pie chart would display incorrect percentages for properties with more than 12 active channels. All affected accounts have been automatically recalculated.
  • Channel Bridge Improved reliability of availability push during high-traffic periods. Retry logic enhanced to handle Reservit API rate-limit responses without dropping updates.
  • Guest Comms Pre-arrival message template editor now supports conditional blocks — show different content to OTA guests versus direct bookers based on the booking source field in Reservit.
  • Platform API access token rotation now available from Account Settings. Tokens can be cycled without losing module connections.

  • Guest Comms v1.5.0 — SMS delivery now available as a message channel in addition to email. Supported in all EU countries via certified messaging gateway. SMS templates use the same Reservit merge tags as email templates.
  • Invoice Module v1.4.0 — Bulk invoice resend feature added. Select multiple reservations from the invoice list and resend all PDFs in a single action. Previously, each invoice required an individual resend request.
  • Invoice Module Corporate invoice grouping now aggregates stays by calendar month by default. Option to group by billing reference or purchase order number added to corporate account settings.
  • Housekeeping Pro Task escalation rules are now configurable per room category (standard, suite, accessible). Different time-to-escalation thresholds can be set for each category.
  • Platform Module marketplace listing pages updated with clearer Reservit API permission requirements. Each module now shows exactly which Reservit API scopes it requests.

  • Channel Bridge v1.3.2 — Added seven new certified channel connections: four regional European booking portals, two specialist travel marketplaces and one luxury collection platform. All tested against the current Reservit API changelog.
  • Corporate Contracts v1.2.0 — Contract renewal alerts can now be sent to multiple email addresses. Previously limited to one recipient per contract.
  • Corporate Contracts Pickup tracking dashboard now shows the running contract utilisation percentage alongside the absolute booking count, making it easier to identify under-performing accounts mid-period.
  • Reputation Manager Response drafts are now stored as local drafts in the ItReserve dashboard for up to 72 hours, allowing responses to be prepared during off-hours and published the following morning.
  • Platform Fixed a timezone handling issue that caused scheduled reports to send at incorrect times for properties in UTC+2 and UTC+3 time zones.

  • Housekeeping Pro NEW MODULE — Digital task board for housekeeping teams linked to Reservit arrival and departure data. Mobile app available for iOS and Android. Room status updates visible to front desk in real time.
  • Reputation Manager NEW MODULE — Unified review inbox aggregating reviews from Booking.com, Expedia, Google and TripAdvisor. Reservit reservation context attached to each review automatically.
  • Yield Manager Booking pace alerts added. Set a threshold deviation from forecast and receive an email notification when actual pace crosses it. Configurable per room type and arrival date range.
  • Analytics Board Pickup analysis widget released. Shows the number of bookings made each day for each future arrival date — standard "pace view" familiar to revenue management teams.
  • Platform Bundle discount now applied automatically in cart when three or more modules are added. No coupon code required.
v1.2.0 February 2026 New module · Platform improvements
  • API Studio NEW MODULE — No-code API integration builder for Reservit data. Create custom endpoints, configure OAuth 2.0 authentication, set up webhook forwarding and map Reservit field names to your own schema — all without writing code.
  • Channel Bridge v1.2.0 — Stop-sell propagation now distributes Reservit restrictions across all Channel Bridge-connected channels within 60 seconds. Previously, stop-sell required a separate manual push.
  • Invoice Module Multi-currency invoice support released. Invoices can now be issued in GBP, CHF and USD in addition to EUR, using the billing currency recorded in the Reservit folio.
  • Platform Webhook delivery log added to Account Settings. Inspect the last 500 outbound webhook events with status codes and response times.
  • Platform Two-factor authentication (2FA) now available for ItReserve dashboard access via time-based one-time password (TOTP) apps.
