Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how ItReserve d.o.o. ("ItReserve", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on itreserve.org and associated sub-domains. It is issued as a companion document to our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it. By using our website, you acknowledge this policy. Where cookies require your consent, we ask for it explicitly through our cookie banner.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, improve user experience, and provide information to the website owner. Cookies are stored in your browser's dedicated storage and are sent back to the originating server on each subsequent visit.

In addition to traditional browser cookies, similar technologies — such as local storage items, session storage, and pixel tags — may be used. For the purposes of this policy, all such technologies are collectively referred to as "cookies".

Cookies can be classified in several ways: by who places them (first-party or third-party), by how long they persist (session or persistent), and by their purpose (essential, functional, or analytics).

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential Cookies

Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, adding an item to your cart, or setting your cookie preferences. Without these cookies, the services you have asked for — such as completing a purchase or accessing the Dashboard — cannot be provided.

Essential cookies do not require your prior consent under GDPR because they are necessary for the performance of the contract between you and ItReserve, or because they are set purely in response to an action you have taken.

2.2 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies allow us to remember choices you make and provide enhanced, personalised features. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these services may not function properly. Functional cookies require consent where their use goes beyond pure session management.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies collect information about how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited most often, how long visitors spend on each page, and what links they click. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve the website experience. Analytics cookies are only placed if you have opted in through the cookie banner. The data collected is aggregated and anonymised before analysis; individual users are not identified by name.

3. Specific Cookies

The following table lists all cookies currently set by itreserve.org:

Cookie nameTypePurposeDurationFirst / Third party
ir_session Essential Maintains your authenticated session after login. Invalidated on logout or after inactivity. Session (expires on browser close) or 14 days if "Remember me" is selected First party
ir_cart Essential Stores the contents of your shopping cart between page loads so items are not lost during browsing. 7 days First party
ir_cookie_consent Essential Records your cookie consent preference (accepted / declined analytics). Prevents the cookie banner from appearing on every page. 365 days First party
ir_csrf Essential Cross-site request forgery token used to validate form submissions and protect against CSRF attacks. Session First party
ir_dash_prefs Functional Stores Dashboard display preferences such as table sort order, collapsed sidebar state, and selected currency display format. 90 days First party
ir_lang Functional Remembers your selected interface language when you switch from the default. 180 days First party
ir_analytics_id Analytics (opt-in) Assigns a pseudonymous identifier to aggregate page-view and click data. Set only when you accept analytics cookies. Data is not linked to your account email. 365 days First party
ir_analytics_ref Analytics (opt-in) Records the referring source (search engine, direct, campaign) to measure which traffic channels perform best. Contains no personal identifiers. 30 days First party

We audit this cookie list at least every 6 months and update this policy accordingly. If you discover a cookie on itreserve.org that is not listed here, please notify us at support@itreserve.org so we can investigate and update the table.

4. Third-Party Technologies

4.1 Google Fonts

itreserve.org uses Google Fonts to display web typography. We load Google Fonts via a preconnect hint only — the actual font files are served from ItReserve's own CDN origin, not directly from Google's servers at page render time. As a result, Google Fonts does not place any cookies on your device, and no data is transmitted to Google's servers when you visit itreserve.org. This approach was chosen deliberately to avoid unnecessary third-party cookie exposure.

4.2 Payment Provider

When you proceed to checkout and enter payment details, you interact with a payment form served by our payment provider. That provider may set its own session cookies within the payment iframe to protect the transaction and comply with PCI-DSS requirements. These cookies are essential to completing the payment transaction and are governed by the payment provider's own cookie and privacy policies. We do not control those cookies and they are not listed in our table above.

4.3 No Social Media Tracking

itreserve.org does not embed social media share buttons, tracking pixels (such as Facebook Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag), or any other third-party behavioural advertising technology. We do not participate in retargeting or cross-site advertising networks.

5. Managing Cookies

5.1 Cookie Banner

When you first visit itreserve.org, a cookie banner is displayed at the bottom of the page. You may accept all cookies (including optional analytics cookies) or decline optional cookies. Essential cookies are always active regardless of your choice, as they are necessary for the website to function. You may change your preference at any time by clearing the ir_cookie_consent cookie in your browser and revisiting the site, which will cause the banner to reappear.

5.2 Browser Settings

All major browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings menus. You can configure your browser to block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or delete cookies when you close the browser. Please be aware that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the Dashboard, adding products to the cart, or completing a purchase. Links to cookie management instructions for common browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox: about:preferences#privacy (type this into the address bar)

5.3 Opting Out of Analytics

If you have accepted analytics cookies but later wish to opt out, you may do so by clicking the "Decline" button on the cookie banner (accessible by clearing the consent cookie as described above), or by contacting support@itreserve.org to request removal of any analytics data associated with your pseudonymous identifier. We will process such requests within 30 days.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR Regarding Cookies

To the extent that cookies process personal data (for example, a pseudonymous analytics identifier may qualify as personal data under GDPR), you have the same data-subject rights described in our Privacy Policy. These include the right of access to data held about your pseudonymous profile, the right to erasure of analytics data, and the right to withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Where the legal basis for placing a cookie is consent, that consent can be withdrawn freely, and withdrawal will take effect prospectively — cookies already placed will be deleted on your next visit once you decline, and no new optional cookies will be set.

For cookies that are essential to providing the service you have contracted for, the legal basis is the performance of that contract, and these cannot be refused without preventing access to the service. This is standard practice across all online subscription platforms.

7. Supervisory Authority

If you believe that ItReserve has not complied with applicable cookie or data-protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

  • Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka (AZLP)
  • Kralja Nikole 2, 81000 Podgorica, Crna Gora
  • Website: azlp.me

EU/EEA residents may alternatively or additionally lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in their country of residence.

8. Contact Us About Cookies

If you have any questions about the cookies we use, wish to report an unlisted cookie, or want to exercise a data-subject right in connection with cookie data, please contact us:

  • Post: ItReserve d.o.o., ul. Vuka Karadžića 3, 81000 Podgorica, Crna Gora

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add or remove cookies, change our analytics provider, or when legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
